• With your     consent, or at your direction.

In our sole discretion, we also may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties or affiliates.

Advertising & Analytics Services and Online Tracking

On the Site we use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to help us analyze how visitors use the Site. The information collected for this purpose (including your IP address and other information collected automatically, as described above) will be disclosed to, or directly collected by these service providers. In addition, we may participate in online advertising networks and exchanges that display relevant advertisements to visitors to the Site based on their interests as reflected in their browsing activities.  Users Outside the United States

Weare based in the U.S. and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing the Site from outside of the U.S.,please be aware that information collected through the Site will be transferred to, processed, and used in the United States. The data protection laws in theU.S. may be different from those of the country in which you are located. Your use of the Site or providing us with any information therefore constitutes your consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information, including Personal Information, in the United States as set forth in this Privacy Notice.  

Children

This Site is not intended for children, and is not targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13, and if we learn that we have received such information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete this information.  

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Although we use reasonable efforts to help protect your information, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Site.
